2. You are not obliged to disclose personal or sensitive information about yourself or your contact details when you visit our website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of the Linked Sites or their privacy policies regarding the collection, storage, use and dissemination of your Personal Information. Disclosure to credit reporting bodies

17. We may disclose certain information about you to credit reporting bodies (CRBs), for example if you fail to meet payment obligations. The CRB may include such information in reports provided to credit providers to assist them in assessing your credit worthiness.
